What is static GTFS?

GTFS is a standard format for sharing public transit information. A static feed describes your scheduled service, including stops, routes, trips, and service dates. XT-GTFSHub helps you manage the files that hold that information.

Do I need to be a GTFS expert?

You should know the service you want to describe, but you can inspect and edit the data in the portal instead of working directly in text files. Validation helps identify issues. Your feedback helps us improve these workflows.

Can I join today?

Yes. Choose Agency Workspace or Managed, create your company, and verify your email. Agency Workspace includes a 30-day trial; Managed starts with paid Checkout and has no free trial. Choose agency capacity in Billing and cancel online anytime.

How much does it cost?

Agency Workspace is $50 USD per agency/month for self-service. XT-GTFSHub Managed is $100 USD per agency/month, including the workspace and XenaTech managing your GTFS files. Both include unlimited team members and updated GTFS versions. Managed has no free trial.

Where do I manage my account and billing?

Company settings, team access, and subscription options live in the customer portal. Sign in to manage your account; this public website is where you can learn about the product and find updates.
