GETTING-STARTED GUIDE

Your first visit to the portal.

  1. 01

    Set up your account

    Choose Agency Workspace or Managed and register with your company name, name, and email address. Verify your email and choose a password, then sign in to Subscription & billing. Managed requires payment before workspace access; XenaTech will contact you to collect your information and arrange the management process.

  2. 02

    Prepare your GTFS ZIP

    Have your existing static GTFS feed ready. In the portal, open Feeds & imports, choose your company and feed, and review the results after uploading.

  3. 03

    Review and edit a draft

    Open the GTFS workspace to inspect your tables and stop locations. Make your changes in a draft, then review validation issues in Validate & publish.

  4. 04

    Choose how to share

    When your version is ready, publish it and choose the appropriate visibility. New feeds default to restricted.
